Social media in Castelldefels

Castelldefels has two social media audiences and hardly anyone separates them: the seasonal visitor and the resident who is here twelve months a year. Posting the same thing for both means never quite connecting with either.

What we set up is a calendar with both lines. For the visitor, content about things to do and the season, in several languages if needed. For the resident, the everyday things done well: what’s new, the set lunch menu, special opening hours, midweek offers. It is the least eye-catching content and the one that holds up most of the takings.

And with a quick reaction in summer: if a day is looking quiet, one well-made post at the right time fills tables. That only works if the material is ready beforehand, which is why we work with a content bank.
