Do I need to change my POS or install anything?
No. Tarjeta Cliente runs in the browser, so any computer, laptop or tablet with internet will do. You log in with a username and password, without touching your current POS.
Can I use it across several shops?
Yes. A chain, a franchise or a retailers' association can share the same customers across shops. You can decide whether transactions are shared or each shop keeps its own.
Are the plastic cards required?
They're not compulsory: the system works just as well identifying the customer by their details. PVC cards help people remember to ask for their points, and we produce them with your brand if you want them.
Which messages can go out automatically?
Birthday greetings, balance reminders, nudges to customers who haven't visited in months, or one-off promotions. You write them once, the system adds each customer's name and sends them when due.
Can my customers see their points?
Yes, from their phone at tarjeta-cliente.com/consulta-tus-puntos, with their details. You can also remind them of their balance with an automatic notification.
How long does setup take?
Setup includes configuration, and we help you build the first campaign and the notifications. If you order plastic cards, manufacturing sets the timeline.
