What does the yearly renewal include?
The Total Hosting plan includes domain, hosting and technical support in a single yearly payment. The Basic and Premium plans cover hosting; domain and email are added according to what you need.
Can I bring my website from another provider?
Yes. We migrate your website, your email and your domain with no downtime, and we tell you beforehand what is needed.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the amounts shown are yearly with VAT included. If you need an invoice without VAT (intra-community operator), ask us.
Do I have to host with you?
It is not required, but it is the easy way: if hosting, domain and website are all with us, any problem gets solved with one call.
