Do the documents meet biocide regulations?
Yes. The situation diagnosis and the treatment certificate include the required fields: products with registration number, batch, safety interval, technical manager and applicator. Templates can be edited to suit your region.
Does it work on the technician's phone?
Yes, with nothing to install: it is a web application. The technician opens "My day", marks the visit as attended, adds species and products, and the customer signs on screen. It needs a connection to save; offline mode is in development.
Does it manage bait stations and traps?
The optional bait-station module adds plans, QR-coded control points, inspections and trend analysis.
Can I use it with several brands or sites?
Yes. Each site can have its own legal entity, invoice series, PDF template and email. It is used, for instance, to keep the pest line separate from the kitchen-hood cleaning line.
Is there a lock-in?
No. With monthly billing you can cancel whenever you want from your account. With yearly billing, 15% cheaper, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
Can it be funded with the Kit Digital grant?

Gestión Plagas from the inside
It is a web application, nothing to install. The technician opens "My day", enters the visit, marks it as attended and the document is created with the customer details, the contract and the default diagnosis scenario. They add species and products, the customer signs on screen and it is sent. In the office, the home screen gathers today's appointments, incidents, undelivered jobs, overdue invoices, expiring contracts and low stock.
Diagnosis, treatment certificate and work report in a minute, with standard treatments per species that suggest product and dose, signed from the phone.
Calendar per technician, incidents that become appointments, automatic confirmation to the customer and contracts with the visits already planned every quarter.
Quote, delivery note and invoice from the same form; payments, overdue invoices, series per site and brand, SEPA direct debits, Facturae and export to your accountant.
Every van is a warehouse. Batches and expiry dates, automatic deduction from certificates and the official biocide movement register.
Your customer downloads their certificates and invoices, opens incidents and signs remotely. Email to the town council configurable per municipality.
Statements arrive on their own twice a day (PSD2 or Norma 43) and every movement is matched to its invoices, direct debits or expenses. Supplier invoices are read by AI.
Plans of traps and bait stations with QR-coded control points, inspections and trend analysis (optional module).
